Tower is a website concierge grounded in an organization’s knowledge base. Talent is a limited hiring-assistance module for jobs, applicants, ranked review, and asynchronous written interviews.

Tower concierge

Build the knowledge base

  1. Open Tower → Knowledge base.
  2. Add approved documents or text.
  3. Wait for processing and check document status.
  4. Remove obsolete material before publishing the widget.

Tailwin chunks and embeds approved material, retrieves relevant passages for each turn, and keeps a source registry. If the evidence is below the relevance floor, the assistant should not invent an answer.

Configure and install

  1. Create a widget and choose its public settings.
  2. Copy the loader snippet from Install widget.
  3. Add it to the intended site.
  4. Test knowledge answers, lead capture, escalation language, and mobile layout.
  5. Review conversations in Concierge inbox.

Tower is a concierge and lead-capture surface, not a full support desk. Review human handoff expectations with the customer.

Talent

Create a job and review candidates

  1. Create the job and review its rubric.
  2. Publish the hosted application page.
  3. Review submitted resume text and application information.
  4. Use the vector-ranked list as advisory sorting only.
  5. Open each candidate and make a human decision using job-relevant evidence.

Written interview

Tailwin generates a job-grounded question set and supports an asynchronous written interview. It is not a live voice or video interview. The system records responses for a human review queue.

Compliance rules

  • AI ranking is advisory and must not make the employment decision.
  • Review question sets for job relevance and bias.
  • Do not infer protected traits.
  • Honor candidate access and deletion requests.
  • Scheduled retention removes identifying candidate data while keeping a bounded audit record of the process.
  • Do not market Talent until the required legal review is recorded.

Talent is frozen for new product expansion under the current plan. Existing behavior should be maintained and documented truthfully; it should not be represented as a conversational recruiting platform.
